'KUNDHE' which means 'Happiness for all' was the name of the restaurant opened by Tibetan Volunteers for Animals(TVA). There are about 20 small Tibetan restaurants in the Settlement where beef Momo is the prime food.

March 25th, 2005 Gopalpur: After campaigning at Dharamsala, TVA members visited TCV School Gopalpur and organized a talk show with slide shows and videos on Animal abuses. Students touched by the talks, decided to ban meat in the school. They will be  putting an application to the school authorities to ban meat in the school. Class X, Class XI and Class XII students formed a vegetarian club in the school which would organize activities dedicated to save animals, stop animal abuses and promote vegetarianism. The club, at present consist of 32 members.
